Chihuahua *Mia* is now Ch. Guichon's Golden Nugget after winning her second major in Asheville June 6.

Elvis, Ch. Newstead Echoes of Love, sends a shout out to his kids just starting their show careers. Dottie (Bellflower XXIV Karat) and Boz (Fieldstone Harbor Lights) each have their first points and baby Molly (Tevershall My Blue Heaven) won a Best in Puppy Match her first time out June 27! Congratulations!!!

Murdoch and co-owner Diane Albin-Cooper continue their role with an Award of Merit at the 2009 ECSCA National Specialty as well as going Best Veteran in Sweeps. It was a family affair as his dad Ch. Edgewood Vendetta went Reserve Best in Veteran Sweeps and his son Tux, shown by Murdoch's co-owner Kerri Branger, was Best In Sweeps, following his grandmother Lulu's footsteps. We are so proud of all!

Welcome to the home of Newstead English Cocker Spaniels, a small show/hobby kennel located outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.

ECS have been our passion since 1996. In Dec. of that year my husband, sons and I brought home our first ECS, Blackavar Newstead Abbey. In May of 1998 a vibrant eight week old, who would become our foundation bitch, came home with us. Lulu was everything I had dreamed of in an ECS and delighted us by becoming our first champion as well as having two beautiful and healthy litters.

The shock of losing Lulu and her chow-mix buddy Zoe in a house fire in 2003 will never leave me. This website is dedicated to her - my first champion, my bed dog, my heart - Ch. Bellflower Reflection - my Lulu.
